One of our ideas, EventCRM, is an AI powered platform for event management professionals, solving critical challenges in menu planning, customer management, venue coordination, vendor relationships, and team communication. We’re currently looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview
The Partner Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing partnerships with local and international Go-to-Market (GTM) partners. This role involves prospecting, selling the partnership proposition, and overseeing the onboarding and management of partners. The Partner Manager will handle all paperwork, manage ongoing relationships, and provide training to ensure partners are equipped to drive sales successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential local and international GTM partners.
- Prospect and engage with potential partners, presenting EventCRM’s value proposition.
- Close partnership deals by effectively selling the partnership proposition.
- Handle all required paperwork and contract negotiations for partner onboarding.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners to ensure they can effectively sell EventCRM’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in channel sales. Prior sales experience in the event management and catering space is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales partnerships or outsourced sales functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using GSuite tools and Slack
