We’re currently looking for a Social Media and Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team.

Considerations prior to applying:

• Location: On-site: Juhu, Mumbai
• Compensation: 6-9 LPA + ESOPs as per policy
• Mindset: Get shit done (hustler)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Work with the team to develop marketing plans that align with business goals, and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Content Creation and Scheduling: Design, create, and schedule daily content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and video content, across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new marketing trends, and competitor socials to inform campaign planning.
• Engagement and Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and foster community engagement through meaningful interactions.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor marketing campaign performance across all platforms and provide regular reports with actionable insights on engagement, conversions, and other KPIs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing content aligns with 26ideas and its ventures’ brand voice and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing campaign planning and execution, especially across social media and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in video editing tools and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
• Ability to analyse marketing data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns.
